The Cookies for Santa Gathering is the first of my three Christmas gatherings. It includes an 8 1/2 X 11 inch wood base painted in burgundy then sanded and stained in English Chestnut stain, a piece of burgundy plaid homespun cloth, a rusty tin mug with a prim tag that says "for Santa" a reproduction redware star plate with three iced spice cookies, and a feather tree decorated with rusty jungle bells and a rusty star on top.
